Project Report On I.T. Park
It is proposed to establish an information Technology Park at NOIDA. The information Technology Park ("The Park") would be made available to global organizations for the establishment of Software, Hardware, Data Processing, Multimedia Production, Digital Entertainment, Electronics, Telecommunications and allied businesses. The Government of Uttar Pradesh has identified infrastructure development as one of the thrust areas and is providing considerable impetus to the development of infrastructure projects. Infrastructure projects are capital intensive and the Government therefore welcomes proposals proposals from organizations that would create the required infrastructure with their own finances and technical resources. The total land requirement for the Software Technology Park has been estimated at acres i.e. around 101175 sq.meters, which is proposed to be taken on lease from Noida Industrial Development Authority. The land is stated to be available at its existing Institutional Area in Greater Noida and is equipped with all essential infrastructural facilities. The built-up area would be marketed globally and sold/leased/sub-leased to various organizations. Once the project is complete, built up area would be handed over to various buyers. The company will arrange to maintain and manage the facilities. Each occupant will keep a deposit of an agreed amount which will be kept under fixed deposit. Interest earned from the deposit shall be used for maintenance and management.
