The ancient system of medicine practiced in India thousands of years ago in the vedic period and before is termed as Ayurveda. The contribution of thousands of medical luminances has been completed in the ayurvedic system to make it as one of the most wide as well as perfect system of medicine in the world. Moreover the system has been tested through years of practices, making it more perfect. The main problem in the way of this medical practice is its slow system of cure and the need for anorm of life which is very difficult to realise in the fast life today suitable in themselves to the body they were found to grow unsuitable under the consideration of their place time, measure mixtures and nature etc. Fish for example especially for chilchima variety should not be taken with milk, the meat of domesticated animals of those that line in marshy region and these that are acquatic should not be taken in conjuction with such things as honey sesame oil molasses milk garden, raddish lotus, stalks, paddy etc.
